About This Policy
Beacon of Hope Addiction Center is committed to protecting the privacy of callers, website visitors, and their families. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information through our website (beaconofhopeaddictioncenter.com) and our placement process.
Our Role and Legal Classification
Beacon of Hope is a referral and placement resource — not a licensed treatment facility, detox center, or healthcare provider. Placement advisors do not provide clinical care. When you call, the information you share is used to verify your insurance and identify a licensed inpatient program that fits your needs. Once placement happens, your clinical records are held by the licensed facility you enter — that facility is the HIPAA-covered entity under federal law. We follow confidentiality best practices consistent with 42 CFR Part 2 principles for substance use information.
